I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
At this point he has refused to take responsibility on this matter, therefore my position on this issue remains, he did NOT complete the job. Furthermore, he has made untruthful statements - I will be contemplating taking him to small claims court. They will be able to tell me if there is a history of defaults with this business owner.
The guy has no integrity and actually made the person who recommended him look "really bad".
The complain should remain and publicize to other consumers.
