The Metropolitan Holdings management team has a contract towing company to remove cars from the parking lot at Drayton Court that to not clearly display their parking sticker on their car Every lease with every tenant specifically outlines the parking policy The policy is in place to
assure residents that they will have a place to park and that others that improperly park on the property are towed We don't police the lot ourselves but the Towing company we contract with does
If at the time his car was towed and if his parking pass was on his car, he should have pointed it out to the towing company when he picked up the car in the towing company lot If they towed his car incorrectly, he should file a complaint against the towing company since they towed his car and the Management company did notWe have now way of knowing if his sticker was on his car at the time it was towed and or if the sticker was on his car when he picked up the car at the towing company lot We also don't know if he took a representative from the towing company and specifically showed them that the sticker was on his car at the towing company lot when he picked it up The tenant is saying that he took photos, but we suggest that he should have pointed out the sticker to the Towing company while it was in their lot and that would be the evidence that they towed it improperly

Metropolitan Holdings has contracted this towing company and, thus, can't just pass off the responsibility. It was my understanding prior to picking up my car that if I showed proof of the sticker being displayed in my window to Metro Holdings they would handle the issue. I was never told to dispute with the towing company as it was my understanding Metro Holdings would handle the situation since they contracted the towing company to patrol their lot.
