Review: I ordered cabinets and sat down and did a design with Eddie M[redacted]. He placed an order and called us when it was in. We went to pick up items and as his worker was loading our van we immeditaly notice wrong since cabinets...we pointed it out and all he could do is giggle and say take it its right. We said no we don't have any 36inch base cabinets...that's wrong it wont fit in our design/kitchen.... he stuck it in the van and said bring it back if its not right. We get home and start unloading van and brought in cabinets only to find out about 6 of the cabinets were all wrong sizes. 18 inch instead of 24inch as stated on my paper. I was supposed to have drawers on 2 cabinets 3 draws going down...nothing!!!i had 36 inch base instead of a 30inch base. etc etc. one of the cabinets he gave us was cracked down the side on top....my husband pointed it out and he laughed it off again and gave me filler. don't worry about that that's nothing!!! I just spent 5,000 in cabinets and don't worry about that crack!!! the cabinet he gave me for the top of my fridge is too small in depth.!!! it does n not match up to the design I have on my paper that he did. we pointed this part out to him when he was designing the layout. He is now ignoring my husbands call!!! too many incorrect size cabinets I have. he gave me shelving for one of my end cabinets for a 30inch cabinet we have 36inch cabinets. he is now ignoring our calls and trying to charge me for his mistakes. go somewhere else!!! he robbed us. now we have an incomplete e kitchen and a bunch of wrong size cabinets!Desired Settlement: I would like the correct size cabinets/ book shelf in correct size and replacement of pantry with Crack on top that he knew about and put in my van anyway. it is horrendous and I believe if I purchased new cabinets they should not be giving damaged. also missing draws.
