I am attaching an email I sent to the owner of MML on 5/17/14 regarding lack of service and poor customer service. I never heard back from him or any of his representatives. I believe this needs to be reported.
Here is a copy of the email sent to [redacted]:
"In the past, mml has both cleaned my gutters and power washed my deck. However, I am not feeling like a valued customer in any way.
Last fall I called to arrange for gutter cleaning. The receptionist put me into the voice mail of the person who needed to arrange it. I do not remember who that was, but I believe you can determine that if you choose to. When I did not get a call back after a few days, I called again and left another message. Several days later I called for the third time. I never received a response. I gave up.
Last week I called to arrange deck powerwashing. The receptionist said that would be taken care of by [redacted], who had just left for lunch. I left a voice mail for him, saying that it had been done before, and leaving my name, address, and phone number. I did not receive a call back. The next day I called and asked the receptionist what would be a reasonable expectation for a response time (trying to be reasonable instead of impatient). She indicated that he had not come in yet, but she would have him call me when he did. I never got a call. I could call a third time, but frankly I am disappointed and frustrated with the lack of response overall. I do not wish to beg a company to accept my money or business.
I am sending this to you now because I believe you have a customer service issue that needs fixing. Although the Revdex.com rates you highly, I would not recommend you to anyone I know based on these two situations. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and can find a way to remedy the problem.

We hired Metropolitan Maintenance & Landscaping in 2013 for our lawn maintenance. We have no complaints about the lawn service except the one time we allowed our dog to play in the lawn, not noticing the one "stay off the grass" sign improperly displayed in the middle of our yard. Our main complaint is invoicing issues. We received an invoice back in December for a service we paid for. I spoke to [redacted] over the phone who said we were all paid up and she will credit our account. Months went by and we receive another invoice in June of 2014 to say we owed for services back in November. I called again and spoke with [redacted] who stated that she would credit our account. Today, we received another invoice to say that we still owe $47.31! I printed out all our canceled checks to mail to this company which is a complete waste of my time. Have they ever heard of the word customer service - maybe to contact me by phone? I do NOT recommend this company. Very poor customer service.
