This business is a scam that preys on those with less than good credit New owner, same old shenanigans Loan Arranger? No, Loan Disaster Their inventory is crap from the auction that barely passes a road test They promise an easy buying process Yeah, a case of hemorrhoids is more desirable In my experience, I needed a rough beater vehicle that I planned to payoff within days, so as long as I got a couple years out of it for work commute only, I'd be happy Plus, I have many friends who work on cars and would keep it going off their lot I was even considering a second transit only vehicle for my wife I was "approved" by the bank (if it's even a real bank) and was told to just bring cash to the table and we'll be ready to sign/drive I cancelled insurance, took new insurance out, time off from work, turned in plates, etc At the end of the day, at the last minute, the scam master calls and said he can't write the loan Wait, it's a bank loan, right? Gee, thanks for wasting my time and money Bottom line is they sell complete crap, they falsely advertise what they will and will not do, and overall, should be shut down The owner Brian Kennedy is a liar and no better than the prior owner I have made sure to share their poor business practices across social media to thousands of friends, to my tens of thousands of contacts and to all of the colleagues I work with all over the country Software and internet marketing are big businesses It's easy to get the word out Buyer beware They'll sell you a truck with a rotten frame, cover it with room shingles and then glue a carpet remnant to it It's true My neighbor, who is a big NYS DOT officer, was screwed by this con man I am glad this fell through After hearing (YES, 17!) horror stories of fraudulent claims, usury lending practices and unsafe vehicles, I think the rest of our community did me a favor

Very poor customer service from owner BrianBought a pathfinderLess then 2weeks it's been broke down for week Owner very rude...who knows how long before fixed

This correspondence is in response to correspondence dated November 13, 2017 with assigned ID [redacted] regarding [redacted] last came to our facility on 10/28/2017. Upon her arrival, the technician asked her the basic question about if she has been in the Sun and she said it was two...

months ago. She proceeded with her treatment and the technician noticed after the treatment that her lower legs were tanned and notified her and [redacted] said that it was no big deal. Clients are informed before they even start their package that they are responsible to notify us if they are tanned, on antibiotics or pregnant and reschedule their appointment. We are not able to identify if clients are tanned. [redacted] had come in on her fourth appointment in July and mentioned to us that she will be in the Sun So We asked her to come back after her tan was completely gone. [redacted] came back in October and proceeded to do the treatment on her body but only received pigmentation on her lower legs due to the tan which she is responsible for. [redacted] contacted us and asked for a refund for her last session and I did inform her that the packages are non-refundable, however proceeded to refund her S83 for her last session out of Customer courtesy. She was so happy and thankful and that we were giving her the refund and never asked for anything else.[redacted] contacted us two Weeks later Saying that her legs still had pigmentation and We did inform her that it takes 4 to six months sometimes to get rid of the pigmentation that information is on the consent form that she had signed prior to getting treatments at our facility. [redacted] has already received refund for her last session and for the package that she had purchased but never started. We went above and beyond to help her out even though she was at fault and came in for treatment while she was tanned. She treated other parts of her body and they were fine because they were not tanned. We are a small business and really take care of our clients and I proceeded with a refund for client error and out of courtesy but [redacted] got really ugly on the phone when she asked for refund for treatments she already received the past six months. If she was unhappy, she should have stopped coming to our facility after the first session. She purchased a package of six and did five treatments already so it's not fair that she wants free sessions. She did threaten to go public and defame our business if I did not give in to her demands. I do have the consent forms and treatment sheets if you Would like additional information.Sincerely,Sonya K[redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: of two reasons:1. There are inaccuracies in their response including the following:  The technician was not notified after the treatment that my legs were tan, but rather at the on-set.  As part of the "basic questions" Sonya referred to in her response they asked if I had sun exposure.  I answered that it was two months ago but that my skin tends to hold a tan. The technician made a statement to me afterwards that she noticed they were a little darker than normal and was questing the type of laser to use but decided to move forward with the treatment anyway. The statement "[redacted] had come in on her fourth appointment in July and mentioned to us that she will be in the sun so we asked her to come back after her tan was completely gone." is false.  They advised that I should come back two months after any sun exposure, which I did.The $83 that was refunded was not the full amount of the remaining sessions on my package.  That amount should have been $99.83 plus any applicable tax.  The statement that I "was so happy and thankful and that we were giving her the refund and never asked for anything else" is false, as you can see from later statements they made where I did not think it was appropriate to pay for services that left me with burns and scars.  I asked for a full refund and payment for the expenses I have incurred in trying to treat and reduce the scaring.  Initially they advised that the scaring would not be permanent and I should see a reduction in a day or so.  When I followed up the next day they advised it would be gone in two weeks.  During our final conversation they advised it would now be four to six weeks.  It is now a month after my treatment and the scaring is still prevalent.  To date I have spent over $300 in products to care for the burns initially and now to reduce the scaring, and that number continues to grow while I am waiting to see if the scaring will ever go away. 2. This is a case of malpractice where the technician noticed that there may be a problem with treating my legs using the type of laser; however, decided to proceed anyway without notifying me that there may be a problem.  After the fact, she admitted to me that it was questionable and she should not have done the treatment, and that she was concerned that I would have scaring. As was stated in their response, in July I came in for a treatment and after the "basic question" discussion at the start of the process, was advised not to receive treatment for two months after sun exposure.  Following their advice I scheduled treatment for well past the two month recommendation.  Although I scheduled the appointment for November to be conservative, I received several phone calls and text messages requesting for me to come in sooner.  Since the appointment in October was still after the two month time frame I was advised of, I finally accepted.  My concern is that I was pressured into taking an earlier appointment, was following their advice and direction of waiting at least two months after sun exposure; however, they did not tell me there was cause for concern until after my treatment where I received painful and scaring burns that have not gone away as they advised they would.
Regards,
[redacted]
