Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Once again *** has failed to honestly address this issueI am going to address his points individually
***:"The truck was in above average condition, I provided a CARFAX report, that rated this truck great condition, and said it was worth $more than the average Trooper for that year and model. Clean Clear title, no accidents, and actual miles. NADA values the truck at $3,as of the date of the purchase of the truck. They did state that they wanted to use the truck on some long distance trips, to the Burning Man Event, driving trough some hot climates. This obviously can put some additional stress on a vehicle. From what their describing, the transmission, did get low on fluid and potentially did damage itself due to continued driving."
No ***The transmission was never low on fluidYou suggested it might beI had checked it myself as well as had it looked over by a mechanic to verify that the transmission fluid was fullI and *** both told you this on the phoneBut it seems you feel you need to lie to cover yourselfNot surprising to me thoughThe previous owners were from Nevada and drove this truck in NevadaTroopers are for hot climatesAgain nice tryWe drove the trooper on paved roads onlyNo off road driving was done at all on this vehicleThe fluids were all topped off before our trip to Nevada
***: "I did offer for the couple to tow the vehicle back to Metropolitan Motors, to help them install a new or used transmission at a wholesale price, and they refused to bring the car back here."
WowI'm speechlessWhen *** first called you to specifically address the issues we had been having with the trooper you yelled at herYou were extremely rude and condescendingYou did not once offer to have the truck towed to herYour last words to *** *** were "Well I hope you made some good memories in it while it lasted"I called you twice and left a voice mail to which you did not respondI called an hour later a third time to reach youFinally you picked upI called to find out how we were going to resolve this issue with truckYou're first words to me when I introduced myself by saying "Hi *** this is ***The one who bought the Isuzu Trooper with ***"*** *** response: "OkWhat do you want?" Is that really how you do businessIs that how you speak to customers who just paid over grand for an over priced vehicle? You're patheticThe only time you offered for us to bring in the trooper after our phone conversation, through a text message to min laterAfter your behavior, and lies we declined because we couldn't trust you anymore.
***: "At no point did I ever state that the Isuzu had a new transmission, I did say that it had a new Radiator, so possibly they misunderstood. I knew it had a new radiator because we were the ones that installed it. It had brand new tires, and ice cold air-condition. No check engine, light, ABS, light or SRS lights, no accidents, etc. They also state that they contacted the previous owners, and that they sold it for $700, and that’s all it was worth? Well if that was the case, why did they agree on $2,495? If there were other better truck for $700, why didn’t they buy those?"
Yes you did say it had a new transmissionNo misunderstanding on my nor *** *** partYou were deceiving us into believing the vehicle was in superb conditionI find it funny how you're saying that why did we buy the car for $after talking to the ownersObviously you didn't read my responseShows how much you actually careI said in my previous response "We found the info of the people who owned it before us following a failed attempt to resolve the issue with *** and they stated that they had sold the vehicle for $since that was all it was worthThey stated that they'd the been given the same diagnostics." When we bought the car we didn't contact the previous owners obviouslyThis was after you disrespected both me and *** over the phone in early December after the vehicle was already paid forSo again we didn't know when we originally purchased the car what the true value of it wasWe took *** *** at his word.
Obviously Mr*** ***is is a master of deceptionHe never has contacted us to make things write. He is a poor excuse for a business owner and the Revdex.com needs to recognize thatSincerely,

Here are the facts.  [redacted], and [redacted] purchased an 1996 Isuzu Trooper from Metropolitan Motors, on June 29, 2015.  The purchase price was $2,495 plus tax and licensing.  Since this particular couple only had $1,000 at the time and needed a truck they opted...

to put $1,000 down and finance the balance on the truck, making payments to Metropolitan Motors.  I do offer a limited 60 day warranty that  expired on August 27th, 2015.  This limited warranty pays up to $1,000 in repairs, for the first 60 days, and is only valid here at Metropolitan Motors.  The couple were making monthly payments to me, and their last payment was on October 2nd 2015.
The truck was in above average condition, I provided a CARFAX report, that rated this truck great condition, and said it was worth $560 more than the average Trooper for that year and model.  Clean Clear title, no accidents, and actual miles.  NADA values the truck at $3,145 as of the date of the purchase of the truck.  They did state that they wanted to use the truck on some long distance trips, to the Burning Man Event, driving trough some hot climates.  This obviously can put some additional stress on a vehicle.  From what their describing, the transmission, did get low on fluid and potentially did damage itself due to continued driving.
I did offer for the couple to tow the vehicle back to Metropolitan Motors, to help them install a new or used transmission at a wholesale price, and they refused to bring the car back here.

I would ask that this case be completely dismissed due to no factual evidence of any wrong doing from my company.  This is April 11, 2016, they purchased the truck almost 10 months ago.
I have been in business since 1998, and have never had a negative complaint  against me with over 5,000 cars sold.  So I think that record speaks for its self.  I worked to resolve this matter even after 60 days of warranty had expired.
