This company should not be in businessThey sent out movers without the requisite experience and equipment We had to wait hours for additional personnel and they still failed to bring the proper equipment (for the movement of a large piano) I also had to pay a significantly larger amount to secure the additional people They seriously damage the frame of the door of the house into which the piano was moved(At the time we thought the only problem was knocking the door off its hinges but it turned out that the frame was actually damaged and had to be repaired.)
I believe the safety of the movers (who were very pleasant, hard working individuals) was seriously compromised by the lack of equipment *** and training
