customer service from this organization; if I am forced to file a third complaint about their level of customer service or lack thereof, I shall cease doing business with this company. I am satisfied that this immediate issue that was brought to your attention today was resolved with very helpful assistance from the [redacted] of this company; however, I demand that the lower-level associates of this company govern themselves accordingly.

Review: TODAY, I RECEIVED DOCUMENTAITON OF A PAYROLL DEPOSIT OF $899.16 TO MY ACCOUNT; METROPOLITAN NATIONAL BANK A/K/A NEXIS CARD REFUSES TO POST MY PAYROLL DEPOSIT AFTER I HAVE CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT THREE TIMES ASKING WHERE MY DEPOSIT IS, THEY ALSO REFUSE TO ANSWER MY EMAILS. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE; I HAVE PERSONAL BILLS TO PAY AND CANNOT ACCEPT THIS INCOMPETENT BEHAVIOR!!! I DEMAND MY PAYROLL DEPOSIT BE LREASED TO ME IMMEDICATELY, ALONG WITH A REFUND FOR THE "CHARGED CALLS" I WAS FORCED TO MAKE AND THE LOAD "FEE" THEY CHARGE BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE I WAS CAUSED - AND I DEMAND IMMEDIDATE SATISFACTION!!!!!!Desired Settlement: $899.16, PLUS $2.35 IN "CHARGED CALL" FEES, PLUS $17.94 FOR THE "LOAD FEE"
