July 18th 2017To whom it may concern,I am writing back in response to complaints filed by *** *** with both the Revdex.com and the *** *** ***It has been approximately months since *** purchased a Capillus laser cap from National Hair Centers and until receiving
written notification of his complaints from both consumer protection agencies, we were unaware that *** even had an issueTo this day he has not contacted anyone at National Hair Centers to allow us to look into or help assess his issuesI have enclosed/attached signed copies of both the purchase agreement and conditions of the programThe purchase agreement clearly spells out on line item #that “The client acknowledges there is no guarantee of hair growth with the Laser Capillus 272”And “There will be no refunds or credits given if client is unsatisfied with the results of this product”*** also signed a release that clearly states “I understand that individual results may vary”.Continued in pdf attached
