Greetings Revdex.com.In regards to this business response, I did not notice until the next day when I looked into my wallet that I did not receive my change backThe event that I went to was in the evening into the night timeThey should know that I wouldn't have contacted them, kept my ticket as proof that I was in their lot and went out of my way to try to resolve this issue if I received my change backIt was a busy evening and people behind me and sort of a rushed type ordealI do not think by any means that a return of $is a lot to ask from a customer that did not ultimately receive their change backI am disgusted with this company and their answer as they make a lot of money from people daily from parking in their lot in the downtown area

3/23/2016 ID [redacted] Response to Revdex.com letter dated 24 March 2016. Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for letting us know about your recent experience with Metro Parking Systems. I apologise if our parking lot attendant did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concern. We have reviewed the sales income for the parking lot on West 6th Street for March 12 2016, and have not been reported any fund overage of $10.00. We have also asked the parking lot attendant if any additional funds were held at the end of the Shift for West 6th Street lot on March 12 2016, and received no affirmative. We are a small business ourselves, so we certainly appreciate wanting to take care of every dollar. With these situations the erroneous is unfortunately on the customer to ensure the correct change is given. We have worked really hard to build the best parking service a small business can offer. But, with 140+ customers, it wouldn’t be fair to offer $10.00 back as forgotten change that is not easily proven. We have no proof that the 140+ other customers did not receive change back on this date either, and it is therefore very difficult to start ascertaining the errors while still trying to run a small business. Your comments will be used for coaching and training our employees.
