As we originally stated, *** ***'s original application was submitted on 10/1/It was declined on 10/4/due to a terrible landlord verificationShe re applied on 10/11/and we approved her application on 10/14/deciding to ignore her negative landlord verification and give her a chanceAs the signed application states, you only have hours to cancel the applicationShe cancelled her application on 10/22/which is longer that stated hoursOnce again, the application states that you forfeit your holding deposit if you cancel after the hoursPlease know, *** *** was very difficult to work withShe would not return phone calls and we would constantly be in the situation trying to contact her repeatedlyThere were instances where *** would call and show up to the office yelling and screaming at our employeesWe now understand where her negative landlord verification is coming fromNot only did she not give us an answer within hours, knowing what we know now, we would never allow her to live at our property based on what we have witnessed and what her landlord has described to usAt this point, we consider this issue closed and will no longer entertain her requestOnce again, please see all the attachments which Illustrate the dates we are describing above.

We are in receipt of this complaint from *** ***, complaint number ***Very simply, we have a policy where we can hold a unit until no longer than hours*** *** left $as a holding deposit for unit 180-I have attached a screen shot of when she of when she applied to
when she cancelledAs you can see, it was days not hours which equates to three days before we heard that she was cancelling her applicationI have also enclosed a sample application in which our terms are highlighted and clearly legibleWe destroy all cancelled applications in which our terms are highlighted and clearly legibleWe destroy all cancelled applications for security purposesThese are the reasons why *** *** will not be receiving her $holding deposit back or any other settlement that she is asking forLastly, for her to be requesting ones month rent as well as $PEP concession without her living on the property is preposterousPlease understand, the $concession she is requesting can only be given for tenants who actually have moved in and live on propertyThis goes the same for one month free reorder to even get the concession, there are concession forms that need to be signed which she never got a chance to do because she cancelled her application before anything was even offered to herIn summary, we will not be returning any money to *** *** and there will be no settlement even discussedIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact me

This occurred in 2010 and nothing was said since then. Since her...

complaint, she submitted  all fraud information to National Credit Systems. Not [redacted] highlands. Once [redacted] sent over the paperwork that she sent to them, the case was dropped and credit was erased.
