Regards,
Regarding Mr T[redacted] reply, I did not receive my car back in perfect shape, when I reiceved the car back was when the steering wheel controls did not function at all. I can prove that the same day that I took my car back and checked it while I was driving, I sent a text message to the Mecanic [redacted] telling him that anything on my steering wheel wasn’t working and he replied saying “I will check if that has any relationship and I’ll let you know”, he never replied back. All the steering wheel functions worked when I brought my car to his company. The option that they gave me was to buy the clock spring myself and then take my car to them to “fix it”, I can not afford another $600, it is something that they should be responsible for. Obviously Mr T[redacted] is not a man with a good reputation.
