Review: This company, owned by [redacted], misrepresented its profession and services. They were contracted to replace roof and siding on my house. The roof was poorly done. I am told by other contractors that the work has numerous code violations some which are clearly visible. I was not given a detailed estimate, only a general one to replace roof and replace siding.Trash to include nails sticking up was thrown all over the yard during this process. Lack of professionalism was one of several red flags.Company was scheduled to replace roof and install siding. I canceled the siding job after numerous red flags showed up regarding roof replacement.The owner, [redacted], who sold me the job, never worked on roof only his subcontractor, [redacted]. [redacted] never came out to inspect or see how work was progressing.Desired Settlement: The company has offered to do repairs. I absolutely do not want them working on my roof again due to extreme poor services and lack of expertise. I am asking for a full reimbursement. I will have to have another company redo the entire job.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that the Chesterfield Building Inspector did come out and say that the roof is done to code except one part that they knew about and was going to fix but were not allowed on the property. [redacted] said that [redacted] from the company called the consumer today and left a voice mail and is waiting for a return call. [redacted] has offered to pay $750 for another company to go out and fix the part on the roof or for them to fix it for the consumer.
