Our family has used Watersmart Systems on three occasions now since September We were nervous as we did not have a plumber to call on We asked around and found that different friends and neighbours had had some challenging situations with different plumbing options and we were reluctant as to where to turn *** referred us to Watersmart Systems when we had a new countertop installed *** were excellent to deal with too by the way! The person who came from Watersmart was wonderful! He was hardworking, very knowledgeable and friendly He took provided us direction in how to further prepare for new countertops when he detached the current sink and when he came back to attach the new one he took time to share information and provided more guidance to us if we had any future difficulties He took time to show us how to clean the sink/faucet and maintain it This week, we had a problem with our upstairs bathroom plumbing and we called Watersmart Systems for help Once again they provided excellent service and care We feel blessed to have found their services and we do not hesitate to recommend them to others We are not skilled in the area of plumbing and had to rely 100% on someone else If you are in the same situation, we trust you will have a similar experience Thank you Watersmart Systems for making our day and for making our home repairs a lot easier!
