Review: We ordered customized shades from this company back in Nov 2014 and we put a 20% deposit at the time. They promised to deliver the shades before Christmas. They failed to deliver in time, and when they finally delivered the product on January 19, 2015 and came to the house to install, they realized it was wrong measurements. They had to bring the shades back and cut down to macth to the measurements. I spoke to the Owner of the company on January 28, 2015 and he confirmed he reordered the shades to correct the problem. However, they charged the credit card on January 20th, 2015 for the remaining balance on the order without our authorization or notifying me. I only found out the account was paid in full through the conversation I had with the Owner on January 28th 2015 and confirmed with my credit company that the charges went thru for the remaining balance. This charge was NOT authorized, and they should not process this final payment when I don't even have the product.Desired Settlement: I do want an apology from the company, and I want full refund of this order and cancel this order completely.
