Review: I paid this company's bill in the amount of $222.36. I actually paid this same amount twice. When I called yesterday they again told me that I have a balance of $222.36. I actually scheduled a payment through my HSA before checking my payment history and realizing I'd paid them not once but twice! The billing department person was rude and dismissive and negligent. This is the second issue I am having with this billing department and I am worried that they are robbing me and other customers blind!Desired Settlement: I would like my balance to be shown as cleared and I would like a refund of one payment of $222.36. I would like the person Cynthia in charge of billing to be fired and the system to be revamped to where they are not robbing people.
