I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
"He is lying" without any evidence or explanation is hardly an acceptable or...

professional response to my complaint.  All I want are  a written apology and promise that MetroTex will never again tell a customer there is "no charge"  when the true answer is "we will bill your insurance company and it will be part of the claim. If you choose to not use our services, you will still owe us $1500."  I was not told this and therfore made a decision to sell my house and forfeit the recaptured depreciation on the repairs.  I would not have made that decision if I had been told it would cost me an additional $1500 and nearly double my loss.  MetroTex's withholding of this information caused me a material loss of over $3500.  I think an apology and a promise to change their business practices are the least they could do.
