I was in a real rut and needed to find a truck fast and someone that would work fast with me I saw one Tahoe they had listed online yet they had a selection to pick from when I got there, even various models and years They bared with me as I drove every one of them and some twice He was very patient with all of phone calls and returned ALL texts even in a timely fashion There were few things to be touched up before I picked up my truck and to my surprise they were all taken care of the next day even before paperwork was finalized I love my truck and it runs perfect and glad I did my final shopping here Even gave a hug I was so pleased and thankful to have dealt with a person that could handle me through the frenzy I was in that week as well as doing it with a smile and stayed professional through it all I work in a garage and know what to look for in buying a vehicle and for once that was respected and not given the round about answers Even had a rattle in the door fixed hassle free after purchase free of charge and obviously that's not under any warrantee Thanks again!!!!

I was very specific when looking for my new car. I am always sceptical about smaller dealerships and espcially mechanics lol. Metro west auto sales had a 2015 200 crystler S with extremely low milage, factory warenty and most impressive, it was $3,000 under the KBB value. (seemed too good to be true) but... The staff was wonderful to work with, extremely helpful and friendly. They have a great extended warranty program and cover and issues, should they arrise. (i was nervous because why would they be selling this car for so cheap? There had to be issues...)thankfully there were none. I was assured that they are able to sell their cars at such a good price because they are a smaller dealership and their outstanding relationship with their vendors. They helped me with the financing I needed and got me a great interest rate. They also have a great service department where I have continued to bring my car for service and oil changes. I have recommended them to several of my friends looking for cars and would buy from them again in the future. I can honestly say that I was very impressed with how they handled every aspect of the transaction. I'm not the type of person to waste my time doing reviews but I was very happy with everything and im a strong believer in supporting smaller local businesses. They are definitely worth taking the time to check out of looking for a new car or even a van for labor workers (I only know this cause some guy was buying one for his carpentry work when I was buying my car lol) A++
