MrC*** is making a statementThe fact is that no one had called me about the Adjustor until this morningThis is not how business should resolve the big mistake which had been done by the business; instead of repair customer's vehicleThe business is now trying to argue which statement is wrong or right.The Adjustor called this morning which he should had all the information that I provided to MrsBobby from MNBut I am okay that the adjustor asked me information again which he didWe agreed on time and location where to meet which is a visitor center at JSC, Houston (I understand that the adjustor couldn't get in, that it's called a visitor center)Then he called me around 12:(we were supposed to meet at 12:30), and asked me to meet at *** location; he told me that he does not want to pay to get in (which I had no idea what he was talking about)So I told him, just text me the *** address and I will be thereBecause there are many *** and I wanted to make sure I come to the right place; then he doesn't like it which showed in his voice and mannerThen He told me that he will reschedule the meetingI was mad and not happy at all

This claim has been turned over to our insurance company, Mr [redacted] knows this.  I have given him the claim number #[redacted] and the contact information. [redacted] and fax # [redacted] He has my personal cell phone number as well (281) 536-4812.  The mechanical repairs were done in less than one day, during which time he had the use of a rental.  His vehicle is safe to drive.
