Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowWhen I receive post card from this company ,I saw the date is wrong(may 1,2016).Then I call the owner ,the date does not what I wanted.He said he did what I signed on the sample and speak loudly and very rude on the phone.They take over ten days to do the simple design and mistake several times.My plan delayed ,because of they did such poor job(wrong color for the letter,and put wrong space for the letter, put wrong photo for main)and not do the right ,that why I changed date at last minute.When I find company we already said we were very hurry and do not have time ,that why I did not do the coating for postcard.(Coating postcard or not coating postcard,the price does not much different,but I do not have time,that why I decide no coating)But they did not to do job rightly,and do the job on time,lots of mistake .They waste my time ,lose my money ,give me lots of stress for to do the simple advertising .They should check before printing postcard ,and should check again before send out to the postoffice.They should do the job what I sign on the sample .Why the company ask customer to sign for the sample ,it is the proof the job did right or wrong .They should have responsabillity .I ask them re do the job,but they were not accepted ,then I wanna full refund .I am not gonna do business with him in the future Regards, [redacted] ***

I talked with this woman and told her that we did have a communication breakdown after she approved her last minute change of a date on the mailer At the time I told her partner, *** was with a customer and couldn't talk*** later called me and asked me to come up to talk with her about
this When I got there about or customers were in the shop and *** started to raise her voice I asked her to come outside so we can talk privately and she got louderThat I'm being a poor businessman! I do not conduct business like this and turned around and walked out *** later called me and said we need to talk I told her that I will see her at 9am the next morning and when I got there two customers were there and when I started explain to *** that I will do any kind of printing for her to equal her cost of this job, *** said NO I want you to pay for the postage too! Then she started to say how she felt about me as a businessman out loud again, this is when I turned and walked out again *** called later that day and asked for a copy of the proof that she signed so I made her a copy and on the back I wrote my offer to make this up to her once again My General Manager *** was with me and I told her to just go in drop this off and tell her our offer is in writing and she can take advantage of it just call me As soon as *** went in she started on *** with six clients in there and *** told her and then turned and walked out This is not being rude! This is just conducting business in a proper way I will not be verbally abused by anyone and neither will my employees! My offer still stands with ***, but nothing more at this point, and I feel that this is very fair. Thank you
