Metry Body And Paint

Review: This company Metry Body and Paint purchased a 2011 Audi TT Left Headlight Assembly from my company on 1/8/2014. The customer signed and received their item by USPS tracking number [redacted] on 1/16/2014 by [redacted] The customers [redacted] contacted us on 1/16/2014 and stated she no longer needed the headlight and wanted to be refunded. I have the phone records showing all 3 incoming calls from Ms. [redacted] Ms. [redacted] was told to return our item and once we get it back we would then issue a refund, but we can't issue a refund while she still has it in her possession. Ms. [redacted] stated she would just contact her bank and cancel the purchase. I informed Ms. [redacted] that she signed and received this item and she has to send it back in order to get a refund. On 2/11/2014 I received a credit card dispute from my merchant from [redacted] and it stated that she never did receive her item and was requesting a refund. On 2/17/2014 I responded to the dispute with proof of the USPS tracking number which clearly showed the item was received and signed for by a I [redacted] on 1/16/2014. On 3/18/2014 I received a denial letter from my merchant bank and it stated my response was being declined because the cardholder "[redacted]" was still stating she never received her item.This is outright fraud and theft! I have verifiable proof of this complete transaction and Ms. [redacted] needs to reimburse the $550.00 that was taken from my account. My account was deducted $525.00 plus an additional $25.00 for the merchant chargeback fee.Desired Settlement: Ms. [redacted] needs to reimburse the $550.00 that was taken from my account.
