I made a query to Metta Health via their website and very quickly received a phone call from Gisele, who bent over backwards to try and assist me even though Metta Health stood to gain no profit from it themselves. She could not have accommodated me any more than she did and even did a lot of searching in order to provide me with advice despite getting nothing for it in return. Very positive interaction indeed and highly recommended.
