A very satisfied customer Michael Metti is a super nice guy who is honest and really cares about your vehicle arriving safely When you call, there is no customer service or sales representatives with their aggressive marketing; you talk directly with Michael (in my case, anyway) I had my car delivered to my house and the vehicle transport truck arrived right on time Most importantly my pride and joy arrived intact with no problems (interior/exterior)! Highly recommend Metti International!

I was very hesitant about shipping my car because of the horror stories I've heard but I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Metti IntlMy car was picked up in the time slot promised and delivered exactly as promised and no surprise chargesIt was pleasure doing business with themI am shipping another vehicle next month and I will use them again

A very satisfied customer. Michael Metti is a super nice guy who is honest and really cares about your vehicle arriving safely. When you call, there is no customer service or sales representatives with their aggressive marketing; you talk directly with Michael (in my case, anyway). I had my car delivered to my house and the vehicle transport truck arrived right on time. Most importantly my pride and joy arrived intact with no problems (interior/exterior)! I highly recommended Metti International Transporters to transport your vehicle. I have told my friends about how professional and honest they are . The driver who delivered my car was caring and was very nice. My car arrived in a timely manner.

Very honest, reliable, and great communication, which made everything go very smoothly. I would use this company again and again.

[redacted] Int'l appears to be a family run business by [redacted] and his wife, [redacted]. Overall performance was good, but with a lot of stress for us and not the best communication. The price was slightly on the higher side, but something I was comfortable with. [redacted] was good enough to help find ways to lower prices, but the one thing that [redacted] doesn't make clear that they are not a shipper of automobiles (i.e., they don't own trucks or employ drivers who actually ship cars). They are a broker (middle man), and that almost always results in higher prices to the end customer (slightly higher price is not the end of the world). But giving the impression during the sales period that they are shippers is unethical and deceptive. [redacted] should have been forthcoming about [redacted]'s role in the shipping business.
Secondly, I was promised a stress free service and that they only employ high quality drivers. Well, the truck which was supposed to pick up our car broke down and failed to communicate to [redacted] or me that they weren't showing up the day [redacted] told me they would. After much back and forth with [redacted] ([redacted]'s wife), she told me that the drivers don't communicate well and she apologized for that. How, after being in business for 5+ years and claiming to be a very strong company and very service oriented, does a company work with shippers who can't even communicate to them ([redacted]), let alone the customer? On the positive side, after putting a lot of pressure on [redacted], she finally figured a way out to get my car picked up the following day.
So heads up to folks who need to ship their cars - always inquire (in writing) if the company you're dealing with is a shipper or broker, whether they own their own trucks and employees, who (they or the shipper they contract with) carries insurance for your vehicle during transit. Don't be shy to ask these questions and ask for answers in writing (businesses say a lot of things verbally that they deny when a problem arises), and if a service provider isn't forthcoming or is evasive in its response, then you're in for trouble and the low price you pay for that service will not be low by the time the service provider is done with you (I'm jaded on this aspect). To [redacted]'s credit however, they were true to their word on price - it didn't change a penny from the amount we agreed to.
Moral of the story for [redacted] should be that 1) be forthcoming and honest with your customers - don't give them impressions or withhold information, but be honest about who you are and how you operate. Many prospective clients will pay a higher price for the convenience of having a middle man coordinate the logistics (I know I would have done that as opposed to taking a chance on a shipper that is not well reputed but offers a lower price), and 2) make sure you choose good vendors and employees - those who can communicate well with customers and keep you ([redacted]) well informed about the situation at hand. Clients are very reasonable people if you don't try to fool them and are honest with them. All said and done, thank you for getting my car to its end destination in one piece - I wish the stress level was lower and I hadn't wasted precious family time dealing with the situation.
