I have had the worst experience ever dealing with this apartment management Diana Guerard and the owner. This woman harassed me, had tenants following me around every time I leave my apartments. I caught her employee standing outside my window one morning and the landlord said that the tenant/ employee had one more chance as if I hadn’t complained to section 8 and the department of fair employment and housing. She lied on her response to my restraining order saying she didn’t know anything until she had called the police but she lied to police and said it was a coincidence that I was always seeing these tenant/ co conspitors to cover up her unlawful dealings. She harassed me every day from the day I moved into this unit in June and after I complained to section 8, and code enforcement she decided to turn in the 3 day notices that she had not sent to section 8 even after she collected payments from section 8. She committed fraud and embezzlement. Also my contract with section 8 says that my rent is $300 yet the 3 day notices say $265. My rent has not been correct since I moved in I have 2 months where she didn’t give me rent receipts and another receipt for $115 for a whole month. This woman terrorized me hoping I would move based on a self help eviction but I began documenting everything in July when I realized she was terrorizing me and she also has walkie talkies she uses between tenants to harrass me . She also uses plastic bags in the water pipes and has been fixing the pipes for years. They are always cutting the water off to repair it yet they still don’t work properly. This woman went above and beyond her duties as a rent collector and tried to harrass me and had the audacity to act as if I am the problem. I believe this woman is a terrorist and should be arrested for unlawful entry in my unit and sexual harassment by using the tenant to harrass me. I have had police called on me for noise complaints because I turned my music up during the construction she has been doing without a permit. I have been called a *** by the construction worker she hired and told they would pay for my hotel room for 2 weeks during the construction but they gave me $300 rent credit and $300 to stay off the property which it is a $100 room deposit and about 75 dollars for the room on top of that. This won is fraud and a domestic terrorist who is detrimental to society and should not be an apartment manager anywhere when she can try to manipulate and harrass people for no reason. She discriminated against me because I asked her in October 2018 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath so I could use my voucher and she said it would be 2 years even though she had just evicted 39 units. Suddenly June 2019 she mysteriously had a studio available and all the trauma began. She allowed tenants to nearly jump me in an angry mob and did nothing except call police on me because I told her if she would not have been printing fliers for the man to harrass me the problems would not have continued and she admitted that she had been doing it but hadn’t done it since.
