We agree there were communication issues on our part for this project. Prior to the start of this project our customer sent an e-mail with color selections for her house that we somehow overlooked. Because of this, one of the colors on the house was incorrect and created the delay in completion....

Once notified of the color issue, we immediately (same day) started repainting with the correct color. Unfortunately this correction took a day and a half to complete which made us exceed our original scheduled completion date.The comment, "I don't blame you" made by our superintendent was because he felt embarrassed by the miscommunication and understood that she may not want to use us on her future project.This is not typical as we strive to provide excellent customer service on each and every project.  We apologized to this customer for our poor communication and has since corrected the color issues and have satisfied this customer.

Renters moved out but forgot to take their dirt and mess. When the clean-up got to the painting stage, Metzger's understood, didn't try to 'up-sell' us, were fast and helpful. Will use them again.

They came in they said they would. They did the job they said they would. The black on my walls was completely covered as they said they would. They finished in One day as they said they would. They are good!!

Review: Kyle contacted me and said they would be starting the project on a Wednesday, I told them I needed it finished by Friday because I was having an open house on Saturday. Then it was pushed back until Thursday. We worked out a time I would be home so they could paint the front door. I was home at the specified time and no one was there. On Friday my husband noticed that they were using the colors that I sent over. the colors had to be specific since I live in an HOA. Kyle said he would go and get the correct colors. Kyle then sends me a text message saying he will paint our back fence for free. Then 3 minutes later he sends another text message saying that they wont be painting my back fence free because they haven't started it. The job was not completed on time. The workers who actually painted the house did a good job. But Kyle and Jeremy gave the run around and never followed up with me. I told them that I was moving into another home that needed to be painted and I would not be using them. Kyle's answer was "I don't blame you". who says that to a paying customer?? its been two days since the job was finished and no one has contacted me.Desired Settlement: I'm not sure what the desired out come would be. I want others to know that this company does not treat their customers with respect. They don't follow through. It was not a good experience at all.
