Thank you for your time and thank you for allowing our voice to be heard Customer purchased a cell battery from one of our sales channelsAs you read in the complaint customer tried the battery but it would not work for his applicationCustomer tried to return the battery but through his own emission said that he had "broken" the battery Recap: Customer did there own research and decided based on the below information that the battery was right for his application Here is the information on our website published on the battery application, specifically the cranking amps and lead acid equivalentNo where in the description does is say anything about large compression Harley Motors which requires higher cranking amps Customer states that "you sold me the wrong battery"I am very sorry the customer feels this wayI would like the customer to realize that we did not "sell him the wrong battery" we actually shipped him a battery that he chooseHad the customer contacted us and told us his application we would have told him either to go with a bigger battery or to contact the manufacturer for advice (Ways he could have contacted Mueller Motorwerks: Phone, email, live chat) We do not manufacture the item that the customer bought we purchase the battery through Ballistic Performance Components and resell it (we are a questions this would have greatly helped the customer make the correct decision if the customer choose to use it Also because Mueller Motorwerks is a reseller of the item purchased by the customer and not the manufacture we have very little control on warranty and rely on the manufacture for warranty replacementBelow is the link for criteria ballistic to warranty a battery orders and breaks that part, we can do very little to help, other than offer another part for purchase Had the customer not broken the battery we would have taken it back and offered an exchange, most likely we would have waived the restocking fee Customer chose himself the part and did not contact Mueller Motorwerks we simply shipped the battery that the customer wanted, we did not know what he needed because we had no dialogue with the customer prior to purchase Customer broke the item and wanted a full refund and a more expensive replacementOur return policy is we only accept unused items and all warranties are directed through the manufacturer Customer was very hard to deal with, we wanted to help but was unable to come to a successful out come due to immediate threats by the customer Statements taken as threats were made only after customer service said there was nothing they would do. The manufacturer ([redacted]) at Ballistic refused to help me and referred me back too Mueller.
