I don't deny anything except for a fictitious roofer he said. It rained 28 days out of June and put me way behind. I have been sending deposits back all the month of July because I couldn't catch up. I'm only human, and didn't do this on...

purpose. I have already sent the $400, and the $500.00 will be following soon to settle this. I let him out of the contract to be nice, in which I really didn't have to.

If there was no roofer (which he told me there was) then there is no reason not to have paid our deposit back in full. He has had the use of our money since 4/19/15 and he agreed to return our deposit 6/16/15. It's now 8 weeks later. How soon is "shortly". He missed all the dates he promised for doing job, then agreed to return full deposit but has only returned $400.
It seems we have been quite patient. And he wants to accuse us of making up a story about a roofer?
Please help us get our fulll deposit back.
