I received the unit in Jan 2019 tried it and it did not work so I requested to return for refund but have only been given the run around.

I had been making inquiries about anti-snoring devices through google and facebook and their name never came up but suddenly one day I was presented with an ad from them on facebook so I checked out their product on Youtube and their website and it seemed a viable solution so I ordered one seeing that they offered a money back guarantee if it did not work.
I paid US$ 169 = US$28 = US$197, When the unit did not work for me I e-mail contacted them about a return on Jan 19th, 2020 about the return/refund process but have only been getting a runaround. I have been receiving occasional e-mails from someone named ***.
I sent pictures of the packaging and unit as requested but they have now come back and said since I used the unit I cannot return it.
Within 2 weeks of receiving the Unit I emailed them to let them know it did not work in Jan 2020 but they have been very dishonorable regarding their return/refund advertising statement.
I would like a full refund inclusive of the shipping for their poor service and I will return their product for them to do as they wish.
My request was well before the Covid 19 Pandemic so they should not be allowed to use this as an excuse. They are the ones that delayed the entire process.
I hope my request meets with success.

I would like a full refund for the item and shipping as well due to their dishonorable treatment and disregard to the consumer rights based on their false advertising practices that trap persons into buying their products when their product fails to deliver as promised. I will return their item where ever they wish me to send it and since they have been so dishonest the return should be at their cost as well. I have bought hundreds of items from Amazon and have never had such an experience so I do not intend to accept this type of poor business practice from Meviot. I gave them a chance in good faith. From now on I will stick to Amazon.
I have sent an email to this company 4 times telling them I want to return my order. they have ignored all my emails. They guaranteed satisfaction or money refunded.
