Our company does apologize for the delay in bringing them back homeWe strive to do our best in providing on time serviceWe have offered to provide FREE one hour of limousine service which we will gladly extend to hours and a partial refundThe partial refund was sent via money orderClient stated she did not receive so therefore we had to put a stop payment on money orderThe partial refund will be reissued within weeks via certified mail

I feel its more stall tactics. The original check was supposedly mailed in February. A month later when still had not received it he said he would cancel and mail out again. I waited an additional month, nothing. I notified him and asked to send certified or give me an address to pick up. He stopped communicating and that was several weeks ago. He did offer the "free" hour, however, I do not trust this company to take me or my party anywhere. After threatening to leave us stranded 40 minutes away from home after 12 am. I'm sorry I will not entrust our safety to them again. I would like my refund and to be permanently done with this "company".

My husband, myself and his 87 year old mother decided to take a limo to and from the [redacted] for our cruise last week. I had several choice of which limo company to go with and chose Broadway Limo out of Houston because the owner, Robert, was very polite and nice, and was a few dollars cheaper than his competition. It has been my dream to ride in a stretch limo, and I was promised as such. We made reservations for the trip both ways, but were told we had to pay the driver before each trip. When the driver showed up, he was in a "party bus". It was too late to do anything about it, so we climbed aboard. The agreement was that we would pay him a little extra to take us to a restaurant for lunch, then pick us back up and go to the cruise terminal, which he did. That's when things changed. The driver had to pass the cruise terminal to go to the guard station to renew his port access sticker, making us late to the terminal. We also let that infraction go, as we were excited to get on our way to have fun, and even gave him a nice tip. We had his cell number, and were instructed to call or text him when we knew what time we needed to get picked up. We even discussed the fact that he lived over an hour away and that he would start back down to Gaveston and wait somewhere down there for our call. Since we were on a cruise, we had no calling or texting capabilities and he knew that as well. At 6:03am the day of our arrival back into Galveston, I sent the driver a text to give him a heads up on the approx time we would need him. No answer. At 6:56am I sent another text. No answer. At 8:04am I called him and left a message, no answer and no call back. At 9:04am I called Robert, the owner of the company and was told that the driver wasn't going to be able to make it and that there was no back up. Robert told us that he just didn't have anyone to come pick us up. I got angry and told him we would figure it out and hung up on him. I ended up calling a family member who was able to come for us, thank goodness. As soon as Robert knew that his driver was unable to make it, he should have made arrangements for another driver - including himself - to come and get us. Poor service all the way around!! I wouldn't recommend Broadway Limo to anyone!!
