Mexican Restaurant and Coffee Shop

Review: At about 615 pm I called toplace an order for food delivery. At that time I asked how long would it take and was told 20 to 25 minutes. Over one hourlater I called back to see where the food was. At that time the lady that answered the phone stated that she would try to get a hold of the dleivery man. After 15 minutes I called back and attempted to voice my concerns about why the food was not here. She stated "Fine when the man gets there tell him that you do not want the food" I asked to speak with the manager she stated that he was not there to call back. She then stated that she was busy and hung up the phoneone the custoomerOne and half hours after the orginal call the food arrived and it was cold and needed to be thrown away. I called back around 8p and again asked to speak with the manager. I expalined to the lady that the food was cold. She stated that she told the manager that a customer was upset and he was screaming at her. She then stated to me that you should have creamed at the deleicvvery person. I again explained that it should not take 1 1/2 hours to get a delievry. She stated "what do you want me to do I just work here". I find this behavior unexceptable and a customer should never be spoken to that way. I never received a call back from the manager and could not eat the food becasue it was coldDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money for the food and for a complaint to be made against this restuarant so that another customer does not have to go through this again
