Mexican Tile & Stone Company

After spending hundreds of dollars off and on.This business treated me with disrespect on my last visit.they have very nice products,albeit on the pricey side.They forget about how to treat a repeat customer.Sadly they have lost a good customer.I was stereotyped,as a white couple that obvious had money came into the store.Alas,I was shoved and ignored by the bored young lady

They thought they didn't bill me yet for one $tile I thought I paid for it with all the other tile I bought that day months ago Not a big deal that could have been easily resolved one way or the other with a phone call They never called They never sent me a bill Today, months later, I get a PAST DUE notice in the mail....for lousy dollars After I spent all that money with them This is how Mexican Stonehearted Tile treats customers

They thought they didn't bill me yet for one $15 tile.
I thought I paid for it with all the other tile I bought that day 2 months ago.
Not a big deal that could have been easily resolved one way or the other with a phone call.
They never called.
They never sent me a bill.
Today, 2 months later, I get a PAST DUE notice in the mail....for 15 lousy dollars.
After I spent all that money with them.

I have purchased products from this company and each time something went wrong. The first was when I ordered tile for a kitchen remodel. The tile came in and I went to pick it up and I was told that they sold it to another customer. another delay of 6 weeks while my kitchen was torn up waiting for the tile. The second and most resent happened when I purchased tile for a bathroom remodel. I got home and found it was to small in size. I returned the next day and was told that they didn't accept returns. I am not happy with this cavalier attitude.
