I will accept this response when I receive the agreed $500 in my bank account. I have still not seen that deposit which I will wait for until Friday, November 6. If received then yes I agree that the company resolved my concerns.

Review: I purchased a vehicle insurance policy to travel in Mexico, Tijuana. On August 22 (policy#[redacted] to cover vehicle when driving in Mexico. I called that same night because I needed to open up a claim. They never called me until I called again 3 days later. Then they opened up a claim and I submitted all my paperwork via email. On Sept 15 (almost a month later) which by the way is horrible they would not call me to keep me updated and then I received a rejection letter! I then submitted a formal complaint and they approved my claim on September 18th. They asked for quotes, pictures, my driver license# and bank info. I complied and sent all information. The amount of the approved claim was for $1,604.01. As of today I have only received $604.01. I've called numerous times and no one returns my calls. I at one time spoke to the COO Nat at 9[redacted] and he assured me they would handle the matter and since then I have not heard back from anyone. I have various emails as proof of mee trying to resolve this issue and I finally feel I needed to report them. Please help me recover my amount to cover the damages to my vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like the remaining amount of $1000 the approved claim so that I can repair my vehicle.

Review: On July 31, 2015, I acquired travelers insurance into Mexico for our road trip scheduled for August 2, 2015. I Provided payment and received email confirmation, documents w/ policy numbers etc. I printed copies and all was good to go. During our trip, my daughter had a medical emergency, and while in route to the ER our vehicle broke down. We abandoned the vehicle and took a cab the rest of the way to the ER. After my daughter was stabilized shortly after midnight, I decided to contact Mex Pro Insurance for towing assistance on the 800 number provided in my documents under "Travel Assistance". As it turns out my policy was INVALID. My policy did not exist and therefor services were not provided to me. I contacted local authorities and paid cash for all my expenses to get out of the predicament I was in. I could not leave the vehicle unattended after knowing I was not covered if theft or other damage to the vehicle occurred. The vehicle was on a public route and not in a safe location. I repaired my vehicle the following day and traveled back to the states a day later. After our return to the US, I contacted Mex Pro Services and they admitted to the invalid insurance policy I was given; confirming my family and I were traveling in Mexico WITHOUT INSURANCE COVERAGE. Thankfully nothing major happened. Customer service promised to refund my expenses as well as policy cost. Its been over a month know and after many emails I still have not received anything. Horrible service with empty promises.Desired Settlement: As consumers, we rely on these types of Insurance companies for peace of mind during our travels. To find out during your travels to another country that you are not protected is a nightmare.
I would like to see a full refund for my expenses, (which overall were minimal, $200.00+/- ), as promised and a formal apology letter from the company executive or someone that cares about their company. I exhausted all my options and decided to file a complaint to help prevent this from happening to someone else.
