“I am responding to the complaint submitted Dec 4th.
The patient did call the office and request a refund, however, I was never given the opportunity to respond directly to the patient as my office manager made the decision to not refund the patient without my
acknowledgment I have contacted the patient via email and voicemail but have not received a response from the patient.
I have decided to comply with the patient’s request and would like to speak with her directly to make arrangements for a refund.”
