Review: 10/29/14 Online Order #[redacted] $72.16 for 2 items, [redacted] and an [redacted]
10/30/14 $72.16 was deducted from my bank account for MEYER & SONS LLC NJ
11/11/14 I emailed to inquire on the order status since I hadn't heard anything.
11/14/14 I received this email response: "...[redacted] has this order marked as shipped on 10/31/14, however there is no tracking info. I spoke with [redacted] and he said to create another order and reship you a new package."
11/21/14 I emailed concern that the shipment still had not been delivered. Later the same day I received an email auto-acknowledgement of my email, stating "A customer service representative will respond to your inquiry within 24 hrs." No one ever did.
11/22/14 By this date I'd left 4 voicemails (never returned) and sent a 2nd email. On their website home page [redacted], there's a link on the left side "Call Us Click Here". I clicked on it and was connected with a very irate man stating that I had a wrong number.
11/25/14 Now very suspicious of this company, I went ahead & ordered the same items from [redacted]. I left voice-mails nearly every day for a week with Meyer & Sons LLC [redacted] store to cancel my order and receive a refund. I never received a response from them.
11/28/14 The items I ordered from [redacted] arrived, only 3 days after I placed the order! A month had gone by after ordering from Meyer & Sons LLC and still no delivery.
12/3/14 Received a shipment from Meyers & Son LLC for 1 of the 2 items I'd ordered. There was no enclosed order packing slip or any paperwork in the envelope, no mention of the other missing item.
12/15/14 I returned the radio pouch to Meyers & Son LLC via first class mail parcel with tracking signature confirmation. [redacted] 12/18/14 The returned item & my enclosed scathing letter was signed for by [redacted]
2/11/15 To date, I have never received a refund
Review: I ordered $630 worth of merchandise from this company and they have not delivered my products. They stated it was a 20-30 day shipping time. Today makes 53 days. Their phone is set up to go directly to voicemail. I have left several voicemails and sent several emails (approximately 7 of each) and they have not contacted me. I don't care if the delivery date is pushed back, but I am extremely worried since they fail to respond to my communications.Desired Settlement: All I want is what I ordered, nothing more, nothing less. If unavailable, I would like a refund.
Review: On September 25, 2014 I placed an order on the web site for this company ([redacted]). Their invoice number [redacted] was in the amount of $549.35 and was charged to my [redacted] on that date. The order was for a total of 30 pair of "[redacted]. Now more that three weeks later I have not received my order. I have called their phone number (###-###-####) several times and left messages on their voice mail but have not received a return call. I have also sent numerous email messages ([redacted] and have received no response. I am afraid that I have been duped by a scam. I would like a full refund but I have not been able to get a response from this vendor.

Review: I submitted a purchase from the [redacted] store on 7/3/2014 with the invoice #[redacted]for a [redacted] Full Color Glock Magazine Base Plate for the price of $24.99.As several weeks past I noticed that the order had not been sent.So I called and left a message along with my contact information.I never received a call back so I sent an email but still received no response.So this is the point that the situation has led me to come to, I hope that the matter will be delt with appropriately.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a total refund of $26.98
