Countertops have been incorrect twice Asked to have manager over sales to call me twice. After more than a week no call received Ordered countertops on 10/30/14 on order # [redacted] at the cost 575.82. The countertops were picked up on 11/26/14. My husband and our contractor asked if the bartop was cut to the 60 inches required but the diagram that was handed to them looked like the number was 20. They were told by the [redacted] our sales representative that it was cut to 60 it just looked that way because of the copy. When the countertop was ready to be placed it had been cut to the 20 inches not 60. The office was closed due to thanksgiving. We returned the 20 inch countertop on 12/1/14 and another order was placed order #[redacted]. On 12/18/14 our contractor went to pick up the corrected countertop. After getting the countertop home we learned that it was once again wrong. This time by 4 inches, after speaking to [redacted] our sales representative again, we learned that even if the original ones had been cut to the 60 inches they would have still been incorrect. [redacted] the sales representative admitted her error and once again re-ordered the countertop. I contacted [redacted] our sales representative the afternoon of 12/18/14 and asked what was going to be done about the error. I was informed that the new countertop had been ordered but it would take up to another 3 weeks. I stated that this was putting us back 6 plus weeks from the original date. I wanted to know what could be done about that. I was told that I got to keep the second countertop that was wrong. I informed her that it was not about keeping something I could not use. I asked about getting some of my money back andwas told that I was going to get my countertop. I said yes but I was to have all of this in and completed prior to thanksgiving and now I am going to be after the first of the year. I was told that the district manager is the only person that could make that decision. I asked for the district manager to call me. I still have not received a call from the district manager. On 12/26/14 I left a message at [redacted] explaining the situation and requesting a call regarding this. On 12/29/14, I called [redacted] my sales representative again and asked about speaking to the sales manager. I was told she was out until the 1/5/15, I then asked to speak to whomever was I charge while she was off or that they contact her by email or phone and have her or someone else call me. I have still not received a call from her. I did receive a call from Donna at the 800 number telling me that the district manager [redacted] would call on 12/29/14 but that never happened. We have paid in full on 11/26/14 by a check # [redacted] which cleared our bank in November and still have not gotten the correct countertops. I would like to get the correct countertop and a reimbursement for this portion of my payment. Desired SettlementI would like to receive my countertop correctly and a refund on part of it due to the delay and the countertop being incorrect twice.
