Meyer & Depew has always taken great care of our heating and air conditioning needs, often with the same technician servicing our HVAC unitThey follow up w/ me to remind me that it is time to schedule a che(included in our service plan), and I think it's great that someone who is familiar w/ the equipment is the one who comes to do the inspectionOur technician, [redacted] , is professional, friendly, and takes good care of our house as wellI always notice that he puts the disposable foot covers on his boots to avoid tracking dirt into the houseHe never forgetsLittle things like that matterWe really appreciate the care and consideration, and that is a big part of what keeps us with Meyer and Depew
Turns out I had to replace a heating and air conditioner system in the middle of a heat wave person next door recommended Meyer and depew - set up a inspection tech came out tom very professional - unfortunately the unit was beyond repair - M&D quickly arranged for a site visit with one of key sales people Walter dorp - no nonsense gave me the options we quickly picked a premier trane product for heating and air xr and xr- arranged for install - philc and milan showed up on-time professional polite and very well mannered - treated the home as if it was theirs - worked diligently and professionally - as the hour approached on the estimated end of the installation - you cant make this up - a town wide power failure occurred within hour of them completing - they went as far as they could go grabbing flashights one after the other john even had a head light - jointly decided to break and pick it up as spoon as possible no telling when the light would come back on - got a call next morning - M&D were going to get them back in the afternoon to complete - they did install completed and unit working perfectly - the comfort controller allows me to review to determine if unit working - I understand it will send an email just like ET calling home to alert me asap so that M&D can be dispatched should the unit have a failure - completely happy again thanks go out to Walter tom john and malon especially Phil - thanks gene oh and the power came back several hours later 9pm -phil we made the right deciision
Joe O is one of the best techniciansHe is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he really takes the time to answer all your questions and ensure you understand everything that he is doingI trust what he tells me and would highly recommend requesting him if using Meyer & Depew for your heating and cooling needs
Tom B recommended installation of a power surge protector when my new a/c unit was installed When the annual maintenance on my a/c was performed this year, it was determined that possibly lightning had struck my unit However, the power surge protector saved my unit from damage I value the service of Meyer & Depew and its technicians over the years and have recommended them to several friends who have all been very satisfied with their service
I had Joe Ohere today for my annual A/C check and Joe also installed a new Comfort Guard system, which will alert the company if anything is wrong with my A/C or Furnace systemHe did an excellent job, was informative and friendlyHe even changed the batteries in my thermostatI have used Meyer and Depew for several years and it is always a positive experienceThank you!
Technician Vinny was very helpful in diagnosing our problem with A/C units He was courteous, professional and went out of his way to keep home and work area clean
Tom has taken care of my heating unit and air conditioner for many yearsIt's a pleasure dealing with himHe friendly and knowledgeable and has taken very good care of my units
Meyer & Depew technicians are always highly trained and thorough They do whatever is requested to correct the situation Vinnie did a great job and explained everything I like the new electronic tablets
Meyer and Depew technician Patrick did an excellent job of routine maintenance on our air conditioning system He was friendly, courteous, efficient, displayed a mastery of the equipment and answered a boatload of questions from a curious clientIn a word, he was a professional who instilled confidence and represented his employer well
Their technician Juraj came right at the appointed timeHe was very careful when walking through the house and wore shoe covers so as to not soil the carpetsEven though my furnace is less than a year old, he meticulously went through and checked each component Very pleased with service
Meyer and Depew has been my service provider for over years They are always helpful, friendly, and professional I always request [redacted] in particular He is thorough, friendly, and professional Answers any questions I might have and leaves my home spotless One of the best guys they have!! Good afternoon, I just had the best experience with Meyer & Depew Lou Pdid a fabulous job of describing what he was doingHe performed maintenance on both our Heating system and Generator He was thorough, organized and preparedHe had all our filters and did a quick, efficient job Thanks to Lou and Meyer and Depew
Mike L and Phil spent full days installing a boiler and I couldn't be more pleased They were very friendly and informed me every step of the wayI am very happy with the work they completed and I am glad I chose meyer&depew I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them for all future heating and a/c needs
