This email is in response to a letter that sent to our campus with a complaint ID #: ***. Thank you for bringing this to our attentionWe will contact the consumer and address her concern to clear up this issue. We would be happy to talk to her about this disputed late fee, and will
do our best to resolve this to her satisfaction. We are not sure who she talked to before, but this is the first that we have heard of a question about the late fee. We will most likely wave the late fee once we have talked to her to understand the situation. Sincerely, Konrad van B***, LNHA
