Our law firm was retained by [redacted] on September 27, 2017, with regard to Mr [redacted] ’s [redacted] Credit Card account.? Our client advised us that Mr [redacted] had requested that no telephone calls be placed to him.? Our firm sent a letter to Mr [redacted] , addressed to his [redacted] address in Berlin, Wisconsin, on September 28, 2017, and the letter was not returned to us by the post office as undelivered.? Having received no response to our letter, we commenced a lawsuit against Mr [redacted] in June 2018.? In response to a telephone call we received from Mr [redacted] after he received notice of the suit, we sent to Mr [redacted] on June 20, 2018, a copy of our September 27, letter, the [redacted] Credit Card Agreement, and the billing statements on the account from October through September 2017.? Mr [redacted] subsequently paid off the account, and our firm has filed a dismissal of the suit with the court
