Dear Revdex.com Representative, As the managing broker of Meyer Property Group, I regret the misunderstanding that occurred on the evening of Saturday, October 15, I was made aware of the details of the situation on Monday, October 17, 2016, and reached out to the complainant that same day to hear their side of the story and express my sincere apology for how things may have been handled During that conversation, I expressed to the complainant that we would refund all of the monies requested I followed up with an email that same day to confirm our conversation On Thursday, October 20, 2016, after all payments were settled, I issued a refund check to the complainant in the amount request At their requests, it was then mailed to their forwarding address We are currently investigating this matter internally to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again Please let me know if there are any further questions Sincerely, [redacted] ***Meyer Property Group
