If you own a custom or semi-custom home, run, do not walk away from these guys. Your home will be severely undervalued as they fail to take in/understand the value attributes of upscale executive homes. You will simply be compared to whatever comps they can locate, regardless of similarities. My home was comped with tract homes from other subdivisions whose amenities were similar only in the # of rooms/square feet under HVAC. Everything else, including lot size, features, and environment were disregarded. As a result, the appraisal came in almost a staggering 20% less than Zillow, and my loan offer was rescinded. Ironically, after complain to the lender [redacted] they contacted me a week or so later and said the appraisal seemed erroneous/suspect, and they were picking up the cost to have another company re-appraise the property.

These guys showed up and without alerting me they were here, began wandering around the back yard taking photos. They also made absurd comments such as 'granite is worthless because even [redacted] put them in their starter homes now (untrue, and irrelevant). They said after the short appraisal that I could contact them with any questions. Guess what; I did and they never even responded.
