The view was amazing, but it was the only thing! We definitely learned our lesson, never again! And apparently they refuse to deal with blind people who can't exactly explain what the grime and dirt are that they are seeingThey told my husband they couldn't help him if he couldn't see the problems, to get someone who could see to call them back ( I was getting our baby to sleep)

The staff is completely unhelpful, snotty, not willing to make guest happyI very disappointed with the staff

My family and I stayed at one of your locations in Gulf Shores June through June 9, Gulf Towers 8DIt was a very bad experienceI was very disappointed in the condoThe condo was very run downI have never stayed in a condo in this bad of condition beforeThe springs were broken in the pullout sofa sleeper, the leather was peeling off the recliners, the screen door was broken leading to the patio, the furniture was badly worn and scarred, the commode seat was broken, the refrigerate was dirty, the bath rooms were not properly cleaned, the bed linen was very old and wornI addressed these problems to the clerk at check out and he just sort of brushed them and me off as he appeared not concerned in my disappointment "Disappointed in Myers" "Over Priced" "Bad Experience" ***

We recently stayed in Island Shores in Gulf Shores, AL and booked through MeyerWe visit the beach several times a year and have never been as disappointed and as we were with our rental through MeyerI understand some issues may be the building association, but most were issues with MeyersUpon making our reservation, we were told "it's a great unit, I've stayed there myself." It was horribleWe spent $for nights and we were completely "ripped off" by lies and deceptionThere were many holes in the ceiling and walls, no battery in the hanging smoke detector, spiders and spider webs in almost ever corner (I swept them down and vacuumed the whole unit), dirty baseboards, dirt in and hanging from the air vents (I have pictures if needed), light bulbs out in the unit, refrigerator, and oven, balcony was covered in cigarette ashes and sand, master bed was broken and had a "ditch" in the middle so if you put anything on the bed, it slid to the middle, the table was sticky, no TV channel listing, broken drawers, the elevators were dirty and had a oily residue on the hand rails, rusty shower rods, and many moreThe unit was obviously once a hotel converted to a condo which was very awkward when the front door almost hit the dryer in the entrance Also, a sign in the unit said we could have two parking passes (I also have a picture if needed) but was treated rudely when I called to obtain itOne person's response was, well we were going to work on the unit, but then when you rented it, we decided to wait until you leave! So obviously Meyers knew the unit was unacceptable, but didn't care, nor provided customer service

Had rented beach house for the week ENJOY - my mother died on monday, buried in Wednesday...ENJOY thurs and Friday ???they would not even refund cleaning fee I paid, and NO ONE WAS THERE ALL WEEKWas later told by manager that we should have tried to let them rent to someone else, and could cancel it they could rentWas NOT told this when called to cancel Was only told could NOT cancelDon't know about you,but $Is a lot on money to meA month's salaryAnd I was treated like it was nothing, and just come enjoy days after bury my mother, who was supposed to be point of this vacation, for herWill never use Meyer again

TV missing control buttons. And extremely rude and unhelpful employees. Our Whole vacation was spent attempting to deal with these problems. Only thing they did was change a light bulb! My family and I stayed at one of your locations in Gulf Shores June 6 through June 9, Gulf Towers 8D. It was a very bad experience. I was very disappointed in the condo. The condo was very run down. I have never stayed in a condo in this bad of condition before.
