Review: I received a phone call today from ###-###-#### stating they were from The Attorney General Offices in Sacramento and I was on default on a loan and commiting Violation of Federal and state Banking Rules, check fraud, and Theft by deception. I need to pay them back $600.00 using a Green moneypak card. He gave me his name [redacted] and told me that if I didn't pay I would be arrested. This [redacted] person kept calling me every day at least 10 times a day until I put a block on his number then he started calling my work number at least 5 or 6 times a day, but he did not have my extenstion so he kept calling the receptionist.I told the receptionist what was going on so they forward the calls to our Security. He told me that I had a loan with a Pay day advance company Cash back. I told him I had not received any loan from the company he told me. I did have a loan from a diferent company. The way this guy kept calling me I figured it had to be some kind of scam or Fraud. These people have my and my SS# and first and last name and my work number. They were also extremely Rude. They are still calling my work and showing up as blocked on my cell phone.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop harrasing me, I do not want to lose my job behind these people. I owe them nothing and they should know better sine the are Law firm. They are harassing any and everyone that they get on the phone.

Hi [redacted], Thank you for the email. We actually dealt with this when it was happening. I believe someone was using my partner’s old phone number to initiate this scam. We started a new partnership at this time and he had abandoned this number. We got complaints at our office about this situation and that is what we explained.
