Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Wrapwithus regarding complaint ID [redacted] I sent the items back for a refund and the refund was processed; however, they did not contact me regarding my complaint Also, prior to me returning the items, I did send an email to one of the representatives whom I had contact with prior to contacting Revdex.com, and I advised her that I was returning the items for a refund and I also advised her in the email that no one from their entity has responded to the 2nd correspondence from Revdex.com, and I did not receive any response from her at all I am only asking for the return shipping cost, which was $14, and I have the postal receipt of that I don't know how to forward the email to you through this forum, so I will copy and paste the email on this page and if you provide me with an email address, then I can forward the actual email I sent them.Below is the email transcript that I sent to the company prior to returning the items and they did not respond to this email at all: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------... As soon as we received the message on Saturday, we responded to the customerWe had [redacted] doing an investigation imedaitayt but when they went back the next business day, the customer had thrown out the box and [redacted] was not provided with anything that was in the boxThe driver stated that he did deliver a heavy package that dayThe customer stated that she did get a heavy package that day but not ours [redacted] checked the pacakges delivered that day and that was the only package with a weight of pounds so there are investigating further

We absolutely did not give any run around, we responded the same day on a Saturday and stated we would start an investigation with [redacted] as the package weighed the correct amount of about pounds when it was shipped for the items she ordered but what the customer stated was that she only received about pound of items which means that something happened while in transitWe were closed on Sunday and when we contacted back on Monday, she stated she threw away the box that we needed for the [redacted] investigationAccording to the driver who delivered the package , it was not a pound box that was delivered but a pound box so it is now in for further investigation with ***

Hello:I checked into the order and I am showing the order was placed at PM on Tuesday the *** so it was processed and shipped 1st thing on Wednesday the *** even though our check out page says it takes 3-days to process an orderIt also states that weekends and
holidays are not counted for shipping time. *** day is business days as stated on our website and on the *** website so the package was scheduled to be delivered today, Monday. The order was delivered as scheduled todayWe do provide a special instructions box on the check out page and if it was noted that the package was needed before the date indicated we would have called and said that day shipping was needed but the only thing that was on the order was todays date and it did arrive today.***

We absolutely do not do any bait and switch. We feel this product is a great value given the price and the popularity of the item. The exact product that was shipped is what is shown in the photo on our website. The product is a 2 piece glass coaster set which comes packaged in a clear box...

with organza ribbon wrapped around the box as well as a personalized label for each of the boxes. Each item is packaged individually in bubble wrap for protection and it one of our most popular items especially given that the item is $1.19. We were told that she did not like the labels and offered to reprint a different label free of charge. We were told it was not the quality the customer was expecting and even though it is a personalized item that is not normally refundable, we did tell her she can return them. In the response made by the business, it was claimed that I simply "didn't like the labels", which was not the case.  I clearly stated, if not emphasized the fact that the quality was extremely poor and the printing was bad; as some of the wheels on the carriage image was simply cut off due to such poor printing quality.  Therefore, my complaint had no indication as to my "preference", as I obviously selected that design because I liked the way it looked on the website; however, the website projects a better quality according to the picture.  And my complaint about the coasters were the "flattened bows", not about the coasters itself.  Additionally, this company has failed to even respond to the vulgarity of the representative over the phone named "[redacted]" who hung up the phone on me.  Even the tone in the company's response projects similar crudeness.  This company obviously just cares about making a sale instead of building a relationship with their clients to ensure return customers.  The shipping cost is only $13 and that is all I am asking for.  If this company is that frugal on top of their obvious lack of professionalism and sincere customer service, then that is by far disgusting and this whole experience is appalling.  I guarantee that I will be posting my experience on as many blogs and business review sites as possible and I'm sure it will discourage future potential customers which will be a loss of more than $13.  This company should be ashamed of themselves and their greed.  Thank you sincerely to the Revdex.com for mediating on behalf of an unsatisfied customer and victim of a bad business experience with such a vulgar company.  I would hope that a resolution can and will be made.  Thank you again and God Bless!
