Though, Meyer's does not believe that when our technician replaced the thermocouple to the water heater it would cause a carbon monoxide leak (due to the water heater being a natural gas water heater and that our technician did not open or close the valve that is referred to in order to replace the thermocouple) Meyer's can appreciate the frustration our customer and her family went through.
