I hired them to fix my basement I made payments to john m*** the owner paid him $1250 total he kept saying he was comi f out to work then changed to the next day 3 months later he put up 5 wooden posts and knocked the wall down he spent 4 hours of work if that he then didnt finish blocking the door or putting up lattice and getting the dirt delievered and I have been messaging him and he is ignoring my messages and if I had this b***s address I would sue his a
To my only complaint out of tons of customers I felt this needed to be addressed. I had offered her time and time again and have proof of messeges of me asking to come finish the work but she would not let me and then when she finally let in for me to come and finish the work we had agreed that she would have the dirt delivered to her house on the day I said I was going to come and I would put all dirt in and put lattice up mind you the lattice was never in the original agreement so me doing that was just a favor out of my pocket. Me and my worker went to the job and no dirt was their after trying to call I had received no answer so there for I had went home. After that she had threatened me to sue and call the police on me and had slandered my name on facebook. I had continually offered her to come and finish it aslong as she had the dirt there and even offered her $400 to square this up because there wasn’t much work left. The majority of work was already done. All that was left was to scoop the dirt in. I have not ignored any of her messeges and had always kept contact with her and I have proof that I always got back to her. And proof to back up what I say here. She wanted the work done as cheaply as possible. Insisting that she wanted it done the way she wanted because she couldn’t afford that much. So I decided to help her out and cut her a deal. She is just looking to sue someone and to get money in her pocket. I had looked into things recently and she likes to sue a lot of people or atleast threaten it. Please be aware.
I paid him back in may he spent $30 a post 5 posts and knocked down the brick wall never finishes and yes he ignored my messages I have all screenshots he was to fix rhe basement door so I could order the dirt he was suppose to be here 2 weeks ago to do that he never showes I messages him 3 times that week and no response yea the dirt wasnt here because he didnt do what he was suppose to do then he never once called me I went throu my missed phone calls and then I went ahead and called other contractors since he wasnt responding thst told me the beam he put in split an dmy porch is going to collapse now I told john that after I called his so called insurance that tokd me hes not insured his policy canveled in june and it was only for painting he told me not hia problem well estinate to fix my porch now is about 6000 due to the porch roof seperating from the house and I do have proof and estimates and screenshots then asked him for his address so I can take him to court and he wont give it to me so yea he scamed me cause if he knew he was right he would have no problem going to court so no and I have asked before he bought any materials for my money back and he said he dont work like that and he spent all 1250 on materials lie and he claims hes only 17years old
