I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted] Yes I have been in contact with TravisBut his offer is way under what I paid for this CoachI told him I wanted my full purchase price which was about $102,He said the best they could do was $80K and I had to trade it in on another model which I am sure they have a good markup onI told him that I am willing to go NADA on my coach and NADA on a Used Coach they are taking inI said the difference NADA to NADA was about 16K and I was willing to pay this amount providing the Coach we will look at will meet our needs and is of a better quality I am trying to work out this problem with them but they are only thinking about profitThank you, [redacted]

I've attached a letter I've sent to NY State Attorney General's office in response to a letter I received from Camping World of Syracuse, or Meyers RV In we bought a motorhome, Damon Daybreak 36SD from Camping World of Syracuse Before we used it we noticed the wall in the
hallway had stippling on it Camping World told us the wall needed to be replaced This was not complete for months We finally picked up the coach and from there have had many problems with it Everything broke or blew up It was a long few years getting this fixed Approximately months to a year later we noticed a water stain on the floor where they replaced the wall We took it in right away Camping World looked at it and said the leak was our fault because it wasn't sealed every months I didn't know what they were talking about, I never heard that before but, I thought I didn't do what I was supposed to do In when the refrigerator motor blew up we took it to another dealer By this time we were fed up with CW service department When I talked to the owner of this dealership I told him about the wall and how I now have a water leak due to, what I believe was due to the wall being installed wrong He told me that stippling usually means water leak and there is no such thing as sealing the coach every months I was angry We contacted CW and got a run aroundAfter getting no where in I filed a complaint with NY State Attorney General I received a call from CW asking what I wanted and I told them the floor is soft and there is a water stain on the tilesand that I wanted it fixed Finally after more time they told us they wanted us to come in so they can see what damage was done by the water and how it happened. In October of we brought it in and met with the new sales manager, Travis C*** and the new service manager Steve E*** We told them what happened and they went in the coach and inspected the damage They saw the wall, floor and soft floor from water damage At that time they only saw damage to the floor and tiles There was no damage to the wall They agreed to fix the floor and clean the tiles I'm taking from that they knew the water leak was from the they replace the wall, or we bought it with a leak, either way, it's their responsibilty to fix it They had us drop it off with them a week later They had it for days and they fixed the soft floor at no charge to us since it was not our fault They also told me the complete company in Syracuse is under a major overhaul due to problems like ours They have a whole new staff of people to fix the problems from the first staff They know there's a problem with them and now they want to help the companyIn fact Travis C*** and Steve E*** are new to the company to fix their reputation of poor and bad service.We picked up the coach when they were done and when I looked at the work I saw they did replace the soft floor I didn't see any improvement on the stain on the tiles and now I noticed there is a dark stain on the wall It runs along the floor where they fixed it Since we didn't drop it off with a stain on the wall, we want it to be cleaned, fixed or whatever just as long as the stain on the wall is fixed They said they would clean it but I see how they cleaned the tiles and its not a good job This is where we're at now I've attached the letter I'm sending out to CW and the Attorney General I hope you might be able to help us get this fixed The headquarters for this company is in Bowling Green, Kentucky If you need to call them, I've sent a copy of my letter to the CEO, Marcus L***

We are currently waiting on the new counter top to arriveWhen it arrives we will provide a road call service to install the counter topWe have spoken with the factory regarding the stereo system and we believe we have a fix that we will attempt during road callWe will also attempt to fix the

The contract clearly states that this is a non refundable and non transferable item after daysWe have explained this many times to Mr***There is nothing we can doHad he purchased the second RV from us than I could have offset the cost or had another course of action but he purchased

Hi ***, I would like to have Mrs *** bring her unit in so we can get the items in question fixed. Any items covered under her warranty we will get addressed right away and fixed, and any other outstanding issues we can discuss and come to a fair resolution. I am on the executive team

I spoke with customer, *** ***, regarding her complaint about her Heartland Prowler travel trailer and getting her money back in fullI told her that I was could not do that and Heartland would not do that eitherI have contacted the manufacturer (Heartland) to see if they would be
willing to help off set the cost of taking their current unit from them and trading into another travel trailerI'm waiting on a response back from Heartland and I will inform customer of her options at that point

Im more than willing to resolve this matter with Mr. [redacted]. But first and foremost, we need to find a suitable replacement for a trade in of the 2017 Hurricane that he purchased. I will work out numbers to the best of my ability at that point.

Resolution
offered by the business contains no specific value or binding article
of commitment therefore, cannot be accepted as outlined. Manufacturing
defects causing the problem, only recently corrected, have obviously
exposed this unit to repeated water saturation involving wall and floor
structure.  Attached photograph exhibits one instance of water saturation experienced multiple times the since unit left the factory.I
believe this situation leaves us with a defective unit, not a new unit
free of any futures water related issues such as premature deterioration
of structural materials and possible mold issues, a known health risk.
