Mezco Toyz

I bought the Frankenstein One:12 and am very unhappy with the quality. The website says I have 10 days from the deliver date to return the item but must contact the company first. There is no number to call - I have to fill out an online form. I sent the first request on 10/29 and sent a second today. I tried to call customer service sever times but only get a voicemail. I feel like the company purposely isn't responding in order to put me past the 10 day mark so that I am unable to return the item.

Review: I made an order online and a few weeks later I recieved the e-mail that the items were now instock and my order had shipped. Checked my credit card and it had been billed but 3 weeks later the UPS tracking still says a label has been created and we will notify you once we have recieved the package at our facility we will notify you of a delivery estimate. UPS has never recieved it. I've called Mezco's help line and sent them an e-mail with no response. They did this to me last year too and I thought it was just a fluke, not now It took me 2 months or so last year to get my stuff after complaining online and by phone. I'd make a call and if I got a live answer I was told they'd look into it and call me back but I would never here from them again until I called back. I love their products but I'm about ready to buy them from a third party with a mark-up just to ensure I get them, because this is getting really old.Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for, maybe an e-mail apology, and better customer service from them in the future.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Mezco Toyz has been resolved. Their customer service still sucks, no responses by e-mail but after a several dozen phone calls over a couple of weeks

I finally managed to get a live answer

and after 2 tries at shipping I finally got all the items I paid for.
