To whom it may concern, I have already made multiple attempts to notify your organization that this complaint has been rectified. Please close out this case.
Review: The undersigned brought a vehicle to Mezzio Auto Body for a FRONT wheel Alignment. Technician stated he could not complete the alignment due to an unwarranted fastener related concern on the upper control arm. Technician instructed the undersigned to change the fastener and return the following day for completion of the wheel alignment. The technician completed a "Toe" adjustment and stated he would finish the alignment upon return. before the vehicle would be released the undersigned was forced to pay, in full ($106.00) for the complete wheel alignment. The undersigned returned the following day (6/24/15) and was told "there was too much work in the shop" and that they could not complete the alignment. The receipt for the alignment indicates that the service includes "Camber" "Caster" "Toe" adjustments and a final road test. The undersigned also received a digital readout of the initial and final measurements of the alignment. This readout confirms that the "Camber" "Caster" adjustments that I was charged for were not and have not been adjusted. Nor was the road test completed. The undersigned has simply asked to reimbursed for the portions of the alignment that were not completed. the undersigned was told "No do what you have to do."Desired Settlement: Due to the fact that approximately 25% of the complete wheel alignment service has been completed the undersigned is more then willing to pay for 25% of the $106.00 bill. I wish to be reimbursed for the 75% of the alignment that was NOT completed.
