Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it does not compensate us for a $expense we did not reasonably expect to incur in buying this carI am not sure what the dealer means by "when they mentioned the key." The issue of a second key was never raised until after the deal was completed and we were leaving and handed only one key We should have been advised during the negotiations that there was only one key Because of not knowing this, we are, for all practical purposes, paying $more for the car that we bargained for I hope this complaint will help future buyers know to ask during negotiations about things they might normally expect to be included with a vehicle Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

A spare key was never talked about during the car deal until Ms [redacted] was walking out the door She now is claiming that after seeing another complaint similar online she is demanding a key Not every customer turns in spare keys when trading in a vehicle and this deal being a good example Now Ms [redacted] is holding on to her spare to the vehicle she traded in as leverage for us to purchase her a spare for her car We are more than willing to give her a number to the key smith we use to see if he can get her a key for cheaper than the dealer But a spare key was never promised or negotiated in her deal

We are sorry that Mrs [redacted] feels this way but when they mentioned the key they got a straight answerNothing was owed or promised in this deal so no one was mislead

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I informed the owner of M&f I wanted to make sure my vehicle was working properly he agreed to help me pay of what I had to pay out of pocket around I told him I needed to make sure I had a working car first before accepting his offer agreed until yesterday called me and said if I did not remove complaints from the Revdex.com that he would not help me at all since I am" slandering his company" according to the mechanic from [redacted] there was no transmission fulid in the car and there was no leaks according to the mechanic so if this vehicle had transmission fulid changed like owner of m&f states why did the transmission go out ? The mechanic said it was transmission failure and there was absolutely no transmission fulid it was burning per mechanic I would like [redacted] the owner of to honor his previous offer and to help me get into a new vehicle if the transmission cannot be fixed Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

M&F Auto Sales Incis willing to contribute $towards her cost of repair Ms [redacted] is welcome to bring the vehicle in to trade M&F is willing to help with the $out of good business practice but would like to say that it is impossible to guarantee transmission work that is being done by another shop We don't feel that we are responsible for their work
