We have stopped payment on the check that was issued on 12/22/in the amount of $and mailed to the address on the customer's account We have issued a new check today, 2/9/and mailed it certified, overnight It should be received by the customer on 2/12/

My mother who is in a nursing home was receiving statements from this companyShe had a propane take at her home before moving to her nursing homeAfter receiving the statements, I tried to cancel with this companyAfter this, I was still receiving statementsThe statements I was receiving stated that my mother owed $The last statement I received said that the company actually owes my mother $My nephew now lives at her homeWe called this company to have them pick up their tankThey claim that it is not their tank and that they will not pick up

As a result of poor customer service with MFA Oil, in July we chose to have their propane tank removed from our property and cancel their service After removing the tank we now receive monthly invoices from them indicating we have a credit balance of $ On three separate occasions I have contacted MFA and requested that we receive a check to reimburse us for this amount To date we have not received this check but continue to receive monthly invoices indicating they are carrying this credit on their records I can provide copies of the invoice My last contact was a telephone call to them on 12/18/ We received their service through their Mammoth Springs, AR location but are bills through the Columbia , MO office

I sold my home in SeptemberI called and told them we were moving and needed to close out our account and have the tank read by September 1stI never received any contact from the business to confirm if the meter had been readI did find out that they read the tank on November 5th but I have not received any billing or notices from themI am just trying to get reimbursed for the remaining fuel in the tankI happened to contact the buyers of our home and found that they had to get rid of this business as well for fear that they would be left with no oil due to lack of communication from the business as wellI have sent letters and made phone callsI have spoken with the secretary and asked for a call back from a managerI never received that call

We have stopped payment on the check that was issued on 12/22/17 in the amount of $138.84 and mailed to the address on the customer's account.  We have issued a new check today, 2/9/18 and mailed it certified, overnight.  It should be received by the customer on 2/12/18.
